Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

Delete your AutoDealux account data

Use our privacy request form, or email [privacy@yourdomain.com] from your account email address with the subject "Delete my data". We aim to delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, including AI conversations and service-improvement records linked to you, except where we must retain some records to comply with law. If a dealer holds your details as its customer, we may need to pass your request to that dealer.

Remove a connected Facebook Page

In Settings → Connections, click the bin icon next to a connected Page to disconnect it. This removes the stored access token from AutoDealux. Existing posts already published to your Page remain on Facebook until you delete them (you can also remove them from the listing's Facebook menu before disconnecting).

Facebook data-deletion requests

If you remove the AutoDealux app from your Facebook settings, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the Facebook data we hold for your account (Page connections and access tokens). You will receive a confirmation code and can check the status of your request on our status page. You can also email us at [privacy@yourdomain.com] to request this manually.
