These Terms govern your use of AutoDealux, operated by [Company Legal Name]. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Dealer accounts must be operated by an authorised representative of the dealership.

Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; do not misuse the platform, attempt to breach security, or scrape data without permission. Listings must be for genuine vehicles you are entitled to sell.

Listings & transactions

AutoDealux is a marketplace and software platform. Sales contracts are between buyers and dealers; we are not a party to them and do not guarantee any vehicle, price, or transaction.

Connected social accounts

If you connect a Facebook Page, you authorise us to publish and remove content you choose, via Meta's API, on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with Meta's terms.

AI features

AI features can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking AI suggestions, such as adverts, car details and customer details, before you confirm or publish them. AI features use credits as described in your plan. An AI answer is not legal, financial or valuation advice.

Publishing to other marketplaces

The AutoDealux Publisher prepares adverts for other marketplaces such as PakWheels, OLX and Facebook. You sign in to those sites yourself, review each advert and post it yourself. You are responsible for your adverts and for following those sites' terms. We are not connected with those sites and do not guarantee that they will accept an advert or that the Publisher will keep working with them.

Customer data

Dealers decide why and how they use their customers' details, and are responsible for having a lawful reason to hold them and for telling customers how they are used. We process those details on the dealer's behalf to provide the service. Only collect what you need, particularly ID numbers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Fees

Paid features (subscriptions, credits, featured listings) are billed as described at purchase. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to content you upload and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service. AutoDealux and its software remain our property.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Country/State], without prejudice to mandatory local consumer rights.
